Vaso owns, maintains, and produces high-quality right-of-occupancy homes suited for people in all life situations. The company serves as a public utility corporation in a cost-effective manner and without distributing gratuitous interest to its shareholders. Vaso does not seek economic profit.

Varsinais-Suomen Asumisoikeus Oy (i.e. Vaso) was founded in 1990. Vaso's first housing property was completed in Halinen (Turku) on 13.12.1991. Vaso's current stock of housing properties is located in Turku, Raisio, Kaarina, Naantali, and Lieto.
